Event Overview
Europe’s first trade fair for developers, producers, suppliers and promoters of digital media content and corresponding devices will take place in the new EXPO XXI Cologne, Germany on 27-29 September, 2005.
As “Europe’s First Convergence Exhibition,” CON4 provides a professional business to business (B2B) framework for the showcasing of digitalization technology, and the application of this technology in different sectors of the media and entertainment industry.
According to a PwC-Study, *the market for media and entertainment will increase world-wide from $1.3 trillion currently to $1.8 trillion. The digitalisation of content in music, TV and cinema and increasingly efficient and affordable consumer devices are all contributing to this increase and the world-wide network of stationary and mobile broadband internet connections now enables area-wide access to content for both private and business clients.
CON4 will provide the digital solutions and applications in high demand within the media and entertainment industry, presented in a state of the art facility, which allows delegates to benefit from various networking activities.
